Frequently asked questions
Is this made with AI?
Yes, and we want you to know it. We create the photo with AI from your pictures, in the warm light of your own setting, and a person on our team reviews and refines it. Every image is labeled as AI-generated.
Couldn't I just do this with an app?
You could try, and some people do. What we add is care. We work from several photos of each person, so the face stays true, and we restore an old photo first if it is damaged. We match the light, the scale, the era and the grain of your original, so nothing looks artificial. Then a person on our team reviews and refines every image, and we redo it at no cost until it feels like them. There is no app to learn and nothing to type: you send the photos from your phone. You receive a high-resolution file ready to print, and if you like, the frame or poster arrives at your door. Your photos are deleted 30 days after delivery and never used to train AI.
Can I order this as a gift?
Yes. You send the photos yourself, and you can ship the ornament, poster or framed photo straight to the person receiving it. Add one for each home in the family, in the same order.
How many people fit in one photo?
Most family tables look natural with up to 10 people. For a bigger family, tell us and we'll suggest a layout. The first person added is included; each extra is just $4.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Digital photos arrive within 3 business days. Prints usually arrive 5 to 9 business days after you approve the photo, so order early to receive them before December 24 in the US.
Do I need a photo of a Christmas setting?
No. Send your own (your living room, your tree) or let us use a classic, warm Christmas setting.
Can I use these photos?
Yes, if you're family or have the right to use them. At checkout you confirm that, and that the living people in the photos agree.
What do you do with my photos?
We use them only for your order, never to train AI models, and we delete them 30 days after delivery.
Can I order copies for the whole family?
Yes. The digital photo is yours to share, and you can add extra ornaments or prints in the same order.
