This page explains what we collect when you order a photo, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

The photos you upload, your name, your email, your shipping address if you order a print, and the details of your order. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your photos only to make your order, and a person on our team reviews each result. We do not use your photos in ads or examples, and we never use them to train AI models. If you order a print, we share the finished image and your address with our print partner so they can make and ship it.

How long we keep it

We keep your photos while your order is open and delete them 30 days after delivery, so we can redo the photo if you ask. You can ask us to delete your photos and your account information sooner, at any time.
